Anna Griffin Flip Cards to Share

Hello and welcome. Today I am sharing some cards I created with the Anna Griffin Flip Card Kit.  I really love it and the cards turned out just beautiful.  I think the best thing is it included the dies to make the cards.  I am already getting some ideas to use these dies.  Here is just a few of the ones I made.  The first picture is the front and the second is when it is flipped.  I am also showing you several other designs I made for the front of these cards.  I will be back next week with some vinyl projects I created with both the Cricut Explore and the Silhouette Cameo.

Time for some Easter projects

Welcome to Exploring Cricut and More. Today I am sharing a couple Easter projects with you.  It is only a few days away and I got really busy working on my kitchen island that I only got a couple things completed.  I am sharing a Easter card I made with Anna Griffin's Pop Up Card Kit and I totally love it.  This will probably go to my mother in law.  I purchased a couple more kits last week when I watched HSN and a few more things, but will share some of the Flip cards with you next week.

Love all the items that can be added to the pop up cards and so many nice Easter things in the kit.
This is the second project I am sharing.  This is a burlap Easter bag.  The bow was an after thought and I wish I would have thought of doing it earlier and put the face down a little lower.  Since purple is my little granddaughters favorite color, I went with it.  The bag is purchased from Punch Place Plus and they even created this and other designs to share with us.  Her name is just a font on the computer and I cut this with my Cricut Explore.  You can visit PPP by clicking the link on the right side of my blog.   Have a wonderful Easter with your family and friends and see you next week.

A little scrapbooking and some updating

Hello and Happy St.Patrick's Day   Today I am sharing a easy layout with you.  I made this will the Silhouette Cameo and files from the Silhouette Store.  I was pretty busy this week and then got hooked watching HSN craft day yesterday and of course, bought several things!  This was a train trip we took last September while in Tennessee.  This was the Smoky Mountains Railroad and it was a 13 mile trip one way and then it returned.  We neither one had been on a train so we were game.  Not much in the way of scenery but fun.  It stopped in this little town with not much going on, but a few shops.  I think it was off season.  I used Train tracks#82943, the train#8350 and the title is the Be Kind Font I downloaded.
I have been purging and cleaning this week.  I had planned on repainting, but my husband told me to wait till we get everything done and do it in the fall.  Fine with me I hate painting and will hire someone.  I did have some Michaels cubes that were starting to fall apart after many years and me moving things around.  We went to Ikea and I bought two of the storage units and the desk addition and love it.  I already had a fabulous desk and the Alex cabinets so this was a nice addition.  I still have to have hubby fix my cords on my tv since I have a mess with them, but this will work until we paint.  I thought I would share pictures of my room.
My new cubes with desk top
2nd half and my coffee pot close by!
Love this desk I bought a couple years ago and one of the Alex drawers.
I use to have over 50 cubes and after cleaning and purging I am down to keeping 20 for things. Just organized all my paper in files. Beside this is also open shelves with things on it and in the front of my windows in the front of this room is my big comfy recliner.  I watch my 55 inch tv late at night here so I don't disturb my husband.  This room is right next to our bedroom.  Love my crafty room!

Disney Animal Kingdom layout

Hello and welcome. Today I only have one project to share with you because I started Spring cleaning my craft room which in my case means I needed to purge really badly. I have been holding on to stuff because I think I will use it and after 10 years and in some cases 20, it is time to go. I told my husband if I croaked, he wouldn't have to do it lol.

Today I am sharing a Disney layout. I have almost had printed all my pictures from our trip and ready to start scrapping them.  This is a layout from PPBN Designs and it is perfect for our visit to the Animal Kingdom.  I have the perfect pictures for it too!!  Nikki over at PPBN has wonderful layout svg kits so check it out by following the link above.  I used the Cricut Explore for this one.  Hope you have a wonderful week and I am hoping a few more days I will have this craft room mess cleaned up!!!

A few new projects!

Late getting this posted today, but only excuse is I forgot lol.  I am sharing some projects today that I created with my Cricut Explore for a baby shower for my niece.  She loved them.  First , I made this cute sign using the Nursery Rhyme cartridge font and feet from New Arrival.  I base painted a 6 x 6 piece off wood I found at Hobby Lobby and added vinyl to create this.  Thought it would be perfect.

For this shirt I used some front from the cartridges, but forgot to write it down.  I used glitter htv for the Dude.  Loved how this turned out.
For this onesie I used the Nursery Rhyme font and this is a cute saying I found on Pinterest.  Don't you just love Pinterest!!!!
This shirt was created using just a plain font from the computer.  This was her favorite!!!
My 2 year old great nephew was there so I fixed him a little goody bag too and include this shirt because he loves all things Mickey.  The ears were from the Mickey cartridge and the font was Walt from www.Dafont.com   Hope you enjoyed these today and till next time.....happy crafting.
